Rebecca Mastrangelo, a native of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, obtained her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1987. After spending three years working in the criminal justice arena, she entered Duquesne University School of Law where she graduated, cum laude, in the top ten percent of her class, in 1994. While attending law school at night and working on a full time basis at the Washington County Courthouse, Ms. Mastrangelo was also able to write for the Duquesne Law Review and has two published articles

Ms. Mastrangelo relocated to Las Vegas in 1994 and began her practice at Pico & Mitchell, a prominent civil defense litigation firm, where she achieved partner status. In 2004, she became one of the founding members of the law firm of Rogers, Mastrangelo, Carvalho & Mitchell.

During the course of her career, Ms. Mastrangelo has tried dozens of cases in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Nevada and has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases to resolution. Her practice focuses primarily on product liability, insurance defense, insurance fraud and professional malpractice. She also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in Clark County. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
