Jeffrey H. Ballin is a Partner at RMCM. Mr. Ballin’s practice focuses on insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Ballin has extensive litigation experience. He has represented individuals, businesses, contractors, and design professionals in courts throughout Nevada, New York, South Carolina and Texas and has achieved successful resolutions of high exposure cases through trial, arbitration, and mediation.
Mr. Ballin received his J.D. from Hofstra University in 1986. He received his B.A. from Hamilton College in 1983 where he graduated cum laude, majored in history, and minored in music. He received his M.B.A. from Hofstra University in 1991 where he majored in finance.
