Kerry O. Pluck

Ms. Pluck received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Villanova University, graduating cum laude. She thereafter received her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School, cum laude, graduating in 2013. While in law school, Ms. O’Brien’s student note, “The Great Wildcard: How 2011 Shook the Online Poker World and Became a Game-Changer in the Battle for Legalization“, was published in Notre Dame’s Journal of Legislation. Ms. Pluck was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2013 and has spent the entirety of her legal career working in the field of insurance law. She has experience in all aspects of insurance law, from pre-litigation through jury trial.
In her free time, Ms. Pluck enjoys traveling, exploring the Las Vegas food scene, and spending time with her husband and young son.
