Stephen Rogers
Stephen Rogers, a graduate of Brigham Young University, class of
1991, has lived and practiced law in Las Vegas since graduating
from McGeorge School of Law in 1995. His trial experience began
in law school, where he was selected for the school’s trial team
and Moot Court Honors Board, while working as a law clerk for a
federal judge.
His legal career began at the prestigious law firm of Pico &
Mitchell, where he was made partner before leaving in 2004 to
found Rogers, Mastrangelo, Carvalho & Mitchell. His extensive
courtroom experience includes numerous jury trials in state and
federal courts. Much of his practice also involves alternative
dispute resolution.
Mr. Rogers’ work focuses on complex, catastrophic and
other personal injury claims, including litigation in such areas as
product defect, premises liability, negligent security, insurance
coverage, sports law with an emphasis in boxing, medical
malpractice, and motor vehicle accidents. His clients include
insurance companies, State insurance guaranty associations,
Nevada and nationwide business entities, athletes, individuals and
families. He belongs to the American, Nevada and Clark County
Bar Associations, and the American and Nevada Trial Lawyers
